Overview
Having identified a need to develop a standardized way to help teams in companies, Gabriel and Daniel decided to develop a team cohesion test that would measure several team attributes while teaching team members how they can better contribute to the team.
With the test and report already developed, we needed to find a way to automatically generate reports for teams taking the test.
Initially, we only planned to create an Excel automation that would generate reports for teams taking the test based on the results. However, after analyzing the need, we quickly realized that the solution should be a web platform that would generate reports for teams taking the test based on the results.

Execution
Wanting to test the platform as quickly as possible, we decided to create a simplified version in the first month of November 2024 that would generate reports for teams taking the test based on the results.
In the following months, we built on this foundation to add more features to the portal, create more comprehensive reports, and automate the purchase of platform licenses.
OuterDev developed the entire platform for Hubu in less than three weeks of working time.
Results
