With a vision to help Quebecers who want to settle in Florida, Yannick had in mind a platform that would help find the best investment properties in Florida as well as assist potential buyers in moving to Florida.
From there, HomFla was born - a platform that offers the latest properties with all the data allowing potential buyers to make informed choices.
Existing platforms don't provide information about potential short and long-term property income.
OuterDev developed the entire HomFla platform in less than three weeks of working time.
Execution
Having no development knowledge, Outer acted as CTO on the project to choose the technologies and APIs to use to complete the project.
Multiple technologies were evaluated to find the best solution to build the project.
Having several uncertainties about the platform's feasibility, an iterative development method was used during which risk factors were identified and mitigated each week.
A collaboration with design firm Perdomo helped create a sublime user interface.
Results
A powerful real estate web platform where any Quebecer (and even Canadian since it's bilingual) can find everything they need to settle in Florida.
